Founded in 2000, Chinese Dance Company of Rochester created to promote, to increase public awareness and appreciation of Chinese performing arts through top-level performances to diverse audiences. We are dedicated to preserving and celebrating the Chinese cultural heritage by means of the universal language of dance and music.

Performances include classical and contemporary Chinese dance styles, ethnic folk dances, Chinese traditional singing and music instruments and children’s dances. The quality of choreography, dancing, and costumes have always delighted our diverse audiences.  

 The group has performed for many prestigious organizations and exciting events, and has been featured at local televisions and newspapers for many times. It has been growing strong since its inception and will continue to broaden its professional appeal. Chinese Dance Company's future is filled with much promise and talent.
